A Million Junes by Emily Henry

A Million Junes

Jack “June” O’Donnell has always followed one rule: stay away from the Angerts. But when she literally crashes into Saul Angert, the boy who vanished for three years, everything she thought she knew unravels. Saul is gruff, sarcastic, and—against all odds—intriguingly familiar.

The O’Donnells and Angerts have feuded for generations, their history tangled in myths and silence. But as June and Saul grow closer, the ghosts, magic, and wild creatures of Five Fingers, Michigan, seem determined to unearth the truth behind the centuries-old curse binding their families. Now, June must decide if breaking the past means finally letting go.

Review

I love Emily Henry, and I love June (aka Jack O’Donnell IV) and I love Saul and I love Hannah and I love Jack O’Donnell III and I love families and I love magical realism and I love this book. I love it so, so, so so so so much. Changing this to a five star because a) obviously and b) you should always five star books that are so pretty they make you tear up a little bit on a Greyhound bus.
